Stamp duty on share certificate

Hi friends

Does anybody knows the rate of stamp duty on Share Certificates for Company having its registered office & issued at Dadra Nagar & Haveli.

I read somewhere dat it is Rs. 1/- on any amount of consideration, but not getting the proper extract, Can any one can provide me the same.

Dear member,

I hope, Registrar of Companies office of Gujarat and Dadra Nagar Haveli is situated in Ahmedabad. As far as stamp duty in Gujarat State is concerned, it is Rs.1 for every 1000 rupees or part thereof of the value of the share, scrip or stock. (i.e.0.1%).
