i have purchased a new flat in an apartment in the year 2005 and had done a "Agreement to sale" on 30th March 2005,later in the year 2010, I had paid additional stamp duty to carry out or complete the "Deed of Apartment" for registering the document at sub registrar office.Pune with the builder.
but due to some problems i was not able to go for registration and eventually it skipped out of my mind to get the Deed of Apartment done for the flat in that year.
Till date i havent done the "Deed of Apartment" or registrered with the sub registrar office,Pune
i want to know whether i will have to again pay the stamp duty or can i still register the "Deed of Apartment" without paying the stamp duty again as on today in the year 2016
Please suggest asap and help with your valuable suggestion & guidance!
