statement under section 313 cr pc

Dear Sir,

kindly advice as false 498a case is in 'statement under 313 cr pc'. total 5 accused and two of them are out of country for work. Is it possible to complete the procedure with the rest of 5 accused for 313 cr pc statement.

Thanks for an article. if prosecution is unable to submit substantial evidence before court and filed document stated that case was registered in anger, in this case will accused to be physically appeared before court for statement under sec 313 vr pc. also if two of accused can not be appeared before court then can we file an application for grant to those accused appearance before court. what is the legal remedy on above. please advice.
