Status of will in courts

My Friend make a will(registered) for two houses 240 and 241 in my favour having 33.33% share in 240 ( this is true ) having 25% share in 241 (he is not having any share in it as owner/coowner/purchaser) PLEASE TELL ME THE STATUS OF WILL

Make sure it be registered to make it more authentic and more reliable. Properlly witnessed and make sure you videograph the whole process.

Sir,

Since your friend is not the owner of any part of the property at 241, he could not have bequeathed anything that he did not own. The Will, in your favour, for that part is unlawful.
