Statute of limitation

Gujarat Gram panchayat.
Property of my Grand father (aquired) was transferred to me by my father in 1988 after my grandfather's death. I have been paying taxes, electrcity and revenue record has my name on the property since 1988. In gram panchayat there is no title only revenue record.

Now my brother clamins that the transfer was not legal and he also has right on it.

Can he claim this knowing full well all this for so many years. Is this time bar with statute of limitation. There is no WILL.

Yes he can , as he is also a legal heir to the ancestral property.

Thanks

Even after not claiming for 27 years. Is there is no time limit?

On grandfathers property all your brothers and sisters have equal rights, even if it is registered in your name
