For registration under EPF & Miscellaneous Provision Act, 1952; EDLIS; Pension scheme coverage is extended only when strength of employees exceeds minimum no of 20 and same applied for Gratuity.

As per my knowledge Gratuity calculation would be as follows
Basic + DA / 26 * 15 * Years completed.
but when I discussed with one of my friend told me that only Gross salary will be taken into consideration for computation purpose. so confused little bit. which is correct ?//
