Hello .
Exam for post of teacher was conducted and result was declared. 1 candidate filed case and got stay order . Now that candidate is not appearing in the case . I filed impleadment application and asked to set aside the stay order . I want to know is there any rule or judgement providing for setting aside of stay order in case of absence of petitioner ?

There is no written rule 4 every thing. The Court will certainly taking note of the absence of party cancel stay order n petition also.

Has the impleadment been orders ?
Has the stay obtained by misleading any fact?
