Hi Experts,
I have filed a case U/S 420 and 120 B IPC accused approached high court and unfortunately granted interim stay and stay has been extended two times.now next hearing is on 23 March and my Sr. Advocate father died and he is out of station and i am not sure whether he wil file stay vacate this time or not at this juncture will, the high court dismiss if we are failling to file or will they give us chance.what are the posible out comes to overcome this issue please let me know.
