Please any one suggest me I have a step big brother. he is from first mother and we are 2 brothers from present mother. Father is alive. He (father)is distributing is property in 3 parts ( to his all 3 childrens).
But big brother is saying our father had two wifes ( present & Death wife) so property should be divided in two equal parts (accourding to wifes). first mother was dead on his birth 1975. All property bought which we have to day is from year 1980.
any one can suggest what is the correct rule. any judgment reffirence.
