step mother property distribute

My father is given gift deed to my stepmother.
my stepmother have two girls & stepmother is death on 2011.And my father also death on 2010. We are two brothers & four sisters.

please help us to distribute stepmother property

Have you also been adopted by step mother. As per law property is firstly distributed among class-1 legal heirs and if there are no class-1 legal heir then property shall go to class-2 or 3 legal heirs.

Inheritance law in India is based on the religion of the parties, you have not mentioned the religion of parties hence law of inheritance ablicable to the case can be discussed here by any sensible lawyer. Jokers can give any opinion as they like.
