Dear Experts,
My wife's divorce (filed 2018) nearing dismissal owing to no evidence provided. At the Sametime My RCR (filed 2019) in verge of getting decree in my favor with all evidences.
Now my wife filed petition to strike out my defense owing to non payments of her interim maintenance.
What impact will this have on my case ?
Whether judge without listening to any of my defense will order her divorce and dismiss my rcr even without any merits ?
Or what ability I will lose in case if my defense struck off.
