substitution of complainant

i have filed a case under n i act on behalf of a bank but the branch manager who at the time of filling of the case represented the bank has been transferred in another state and a new manager has took charge in his place. so in this circumstances is it require to substitute him by making a separate prayer on court for later proceedings of this case??
