Succession certificate

Do i need Succession certificate for deceased claim in SBI below 20 lacs

Not necessary legal heir is well sufficient

But is asking @ Succession certificate. I have currently " Letter of administration " will this work ??

Please guide the Procedure for Deceased claim.

I want to apply same for Bank of Maharashtra also..

If their is no nominee u have to obtain succession certificate. U contact local advocate
