My Late grand Father had 4 children
Ø Late first son of my Grandfather has two wifes.One wife is Dead.Second Wife is alive.All together he has three sons and three daughters.
Ø Late Second son of my Grandfather has One wife. All together he has one son and five daughters.
Ø Late Third son of my Grandfather has one wife. He has two sons and one daughter.
Ø Late Fourth son of my Grandfather has One wife. All together he has one son and one daughter.
My father was working for a Company for 33 years (1962 - 1995) till his retirement. During his tenure he has purchased two independent houses.
Issue : The other Brothers of my father who are no more who has got their siblings say you need to give the share in these houses only then you will get the share in the village.
Total Property at village: 260 Acers (on Grand fathers Name),2 houses at village,Gold,Silver.
Critical Point : My father got married to my mother in the year 1980. We are three children.
Infact All documents & Will from past 32 years since 1980 are available on my mother and my father jointly and 3 children.
After the Demise of my father those people say that your father Got married to a women who is my dads own sisters daughter in the year 1965.She has got no Children. She had some illegal affair and left dad.(though Police Case was their we dont know about that I think it was managed and no documentation).No Divorce was taken from her.
What would be the consequences in future.A suit has been filed in 2008 now the case in on bench.
