Successor certificate

My father passed away in May 2010. He was a partner in a company & has shares which are in physical form (not demat shares). Now the company is converting all shares into demat.

Since we have got promoter shares, we need successor certificate to transfer them into my mother's name.

Can I know how much a successor certificate would cost, if we apply in the court? & the cost of the advocate & the procedure details?

We are from Hyderabad, Malakpet area.

Thanks in advance
