I am Sr citizen, I have own house in my name we all living in own house but my wife have 4 sites purchased from my earning, I have kept 50 lacs deposit on my name, which is again my hard earned money, I don't have any deposit in my name, I have major grown up daughter and son, now my wife and children have become together and harassing me, hence, what is the best legal advice, can I file divorce to recover my money and site's from my wife, children's are not dependent.

You can file divorce case if the situation is intolerable.
For recovery of your money you need to have substantial documentary evidences to that they are your money
