Suggestions for the husband

Why does Husband wants his wife to come back? Is he mad or what, If he has already tried to reconcile through relatives etc and still wife doesnot want to come back then Why does he want his wife to come back?

My second question is why does the husband want a mutual consent divorce? Does he wants to marry for 3rd time? This is ridiculous

Tell husband to live in peace and forget his wife and dont go for any court cases or else he will face retaliation....

Husband has already tasted 2 women now and its better to live peacefully with his bed ridden parents.

let her complete 24 months in parent's home then file for divorce or file for RCR which would help you in getting divorce.She is harrassing you for long.Try to get rid of her and lead a peaceful life.

Want her back as there is no easy exit.

Want to settle again as there is small child and bed rideen parent and for there care someone is required to keep check on servants and take care of household.

Else he will have to leave the job and sit at home.

In RCR case will take more than a year and then waiting period of 1 year.Better option seems 24 months separation but again it will take many years.

wife suceeded in exrotring first husband, now trying the same trick once again

as per article 21 (Right to life) of constitution of India, everybody has a right to get lawfully married and work, earn as per own wish

registration is just a proof of marriage - no registration does not mean no marriage

ground for divorce may be - desertion, after 2 yrs. But this ground can be nullified by wife with the help of false alligations of cruelty / 498a.

Bhaskar, i dont think she will look after your mother or your home.A paid maid will be better for your home in this situation than bending towards her unlawful demands.
