I have asked the above query.
In this relation i did some reading on net and i have some follow up queries.
If my brother files suit to say the agreement not registered is void (which is event much more than 3 years old) and also if he sues me for another matter in the same suit which is recent, will the entire suit be thrown out by the Court or only the first one which is because > 3 years passed?
