Can someone please advise me on this:
My wife hasn't applied yet for surname change (i.e., adopting husband’s surname) and willing to do it now.
Currently her passport name : FIRST_NAME FATHER_SURNAME
Marriage Certificate name is: FIRST_NAME HUSBAND_SURNAME NEE FATHER_SURNAME
Is it possible to include <HUSBAND_SURNAME NEE FATHER_SURNAME> entirley as SURNAME in the passport to match exactly with marriage certificate? Or she needs to put only HUSBAND_SURNAME?
