I am from Dadar, Mumbai. I have a flat in a one of the CHS. The is jointly on my wife's name and my brother's wife's name. Now as a family settlement, My brother\s wife's will surrender all her rights and surrender as a member.
Which all documents are need for me to submit to CHS for removal of her name. Is it ok if I submit Dissolution deed duly notorized. which other forms are to be filled in. Please Guide. Thanx. Anil Satra
