Sir, I am a govt servant and working as a clerck at govt school in jaipur rajasthan. My brother has allegedly committed fraud with his friend. His friend has regd an FIR U/s 420, 120 B aginst him and some another co accused. His friend also mentioned my name in said FIR with the help of police as I am govt servant and we all are living in joint family. I have moved to high court to quash the FIR against me, the HC ordered to Give Representation before IO. I represented before I.O. as per HC judgement but police is favoring complaint and arrested me and detained me for 5 days in PC /JC. In police custody, police pressurised me to deposit the money to settle the case but I refused.
I even do not know the complainant and other co accuseds, none of them has directly or indirectly has blaimed aginst me in their statements. All co accused and I have got bail from court.
What should I do aginst the police and complainant as the have implicated me in this case?
What should I do with my department to revoke the suspension?
