TA DA to accused who aquitted

Sir
I as an accused attended CBI Special Court at Bangalore from New Delhi for 22 dates from my own cost and as per judgement l acquitted

Does I have right to take TA DA from my department

You are entitled only if it is a domestic enquiry. when it comes to courts you are not entitled for any TA & DA
