Tag a commercial poster in private property

We're currently residing in Ranchi , Jharkhand in our own (joint family's) house. My father started this Tuition in the house for class 1-12 and some competitive exams. Currently there are 15-20 students in our Tuition. He recently tagged 2-3 posters regarding this in our house only. I just wanted to know that is it illegal for a commercial poster to be tagged in a private property according to nagar nigam's point of view???

Hello,

Some municipal authorities have tax/fees on advertising. So you may have to pay the tax.
