With title i am sure you must have got a slight idea of what I actually wanna know .I got married to a women in January 2021 and had faced lot of financial ,mental and physical harrasment over the period from my wife .last she had tried committing suicide with sharp knife by cutting her wrist when i stopped her she assaulted me and i was bleeding from my hands .after which i did MLC and she is staying at her mother's place from last one year i have sent her legal notice for arbitration as many a times family tried to resolve dispute but she didn't change so after my notice she sent me threatening notice of filling false cases i sent her rejoinder notice for which she didn't reply but we moved for arbitration we had a meeting with arbitrators according to Mohammed law it failed now the matter is still not reached court but under mutual settlement it is pending .
I am 35 now and would like to marry and start a family if i get married will it cause any issues and if my family is giving consent for marriage to girls side will there be any issues to them .
Please clarify i need urgent assistance . I am a Muslim guy .
There will be a problem from your wife. So it is better to get a divorce decree and then marry as you like.
