About 25 years back my parrents with villegers help & supports constructed a temple on govt. land which was lying as unused "bunjar" land, nearby self owned farmer land of my parrents, and covered it with boundary wall , and included there self owned land about 0.25 acre within the campus, the whole area was planted with trees with two temple inside it and lots of matured trees now, the whole area is about 2 acre.
since then my parrents are looking after whole activities in side the campus arranging puja's and annual function every year, lots of visitors vists there,
now my parrents wants to form a trust of temple, my question is how can my parrents will make a trust of temple whose land is unused bunjar govt land, and what is its rule to make a trust or society to look after the whole activities inside the campus.
