my father has a rent shop from last 35 year...
last year due to health problem he has died...
my landlord do the court case to eviction from the shop..he has saying that ur father from 2year does not give rent and u also from last year does not give rent..
he do the case to me for the eviction... our rent is 1200 rs ..in case he has written rent 3500 .. he demanded 2 lakh( rent nd tax nd interest )we donot have recipt of this...what should we do...
one thing we hav shop in street...if we vacant the shop... court kya hame bol sakti hai ki rent bhi do..kyu ki hamare pass slip ni hai
