my mother bought a property in mumbai and she rented it out to her masi ( mothers sister) on heavy deposit till october 2015 few months after that she gave herr the notice that she needs the property for her use which the tenant(her masi) agreed to and my mother trusted her and gave the deposit back before getting the house back and soon after that our worse fear came true and she refused to vacate the house, months of battle in the componant authority and my mother get the possesion order, she was told that if she(tenant) doesnt vacate the house my mother has to get the eviction order to get the police help now going to componant authority everyday to get the eviction order no joy and now she found out that the tenant has appealed in the commissioners office this month we just dont know what to do next really tired of this rediculous system where people can buy time for nothing, guys any help or suggestions will be really appreciated regarding this.
