Termination

Dear Friends,

Before Termination of employee... What are the required steps  to be taken as per the act.....?

And who is elegible for P.F ....? What is percentage of P.F is deducted from Salary..?

Dear Ld Friend,

                    Refer Section 6 of the employee provodent fund act. As per the sec 6 of the act, 12% has to be  deducted from the salary( basic+D.A +other allowance) and the same amount has to be paid by the employer as his share ie, 12% by the employer too. Out of the 12% to be payable from the employers contribution 8.33% has to be paid under the head of Pension scheme and 1% to the insurancer scheme.
