File the termination letter with appropriate application in S. 125 court. If already S.125 order was passed, it would help to reduce the amount. If order has to be passed, the court will take into consideration of your unemployment while deciding quantum of maintenance.

Can I not ask maintenance from her being unemployed? She is more educated than me but left job for getting maintenance.

No. In S. 125 you cannot.

What if my previous salary was 19,000 and after termination it became zero? After termination getting job is very difficult. Will not be able to get job in short duration.
Will court give her maintenance considering 19,000 salary or zero salary after termination.
