My friend has been seperated from her husbnd 14 years back, there is no formal divorce, she has two kinds from this marriage, now her husband has given her the land papers , its a gift to her, but thepapers are still on her husbands name, so my questions areas follows.
1. what she should do to transfer the land paers in her name,
2. what is the process of registering the giftdeed.
3 does she need to pay the registeration fee and stamp duty again.??
4 what is the processof registration??
