The miller cheating farmers

Dear Sir,

I am working with the farmers. We formed Farmers Producer Companies and now trying for their business development. Through these companies we are trying to connect farmers directly to the Market, Millers and with the Buyers. Under the same initiative I tied up with one buyers (Miller) and had a simple agreement, in agreement the buyer were agreed on to released the payment after 10 days against procured goods (Red Gram). Initially the buyer released the amount on time but now he is giving excuses he is telling that he is waiting for bank loan, he haven't received amount which has to come. Now farmers are in trouble, because most farmers carried out their field job in credit, people asking farmers for their dues but still buyer is not giving any commitment reading the releasing the amount, the farmer is helpless. I am really frustrate, can't able to understand what to do. Please guide.

Regards.

You have to file a suit for specific performance of your Agreement wherein you can pray the court for recovery of money the buyer had promised to you along with interest, damages and legal expenses.  You can also file a petition under the same suit for attachment of his properties, till he pay all the dues.  For further clarification call me 7893011777 or ravinder2345@gmail.com.

First issue legal demand notice, on getting a reply to that, decide about further course of action. Consult a local lawyer and take decision as per his advise.
