SUDIP MITRA (SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR)     22 November 2013

This is indian law..great...

What a country..what a law..suffering in a false 498 case.almost 30 days away from home..dont have sufficient money to stay outside ..dont have sufficient cloth for this extreme cold season..with my 62 yrs old ,neuro patient father, and helpless mother..dying day by day..without proper medicine, money, food, cloth me &my parents are dying day by day..my office has stopped my salary due to 30 days absent..and my anticipatory bail application is lagging behind day by day.opposite side has influenced pp.and pp is filing time petition in every date.he has told clearly to my advocate that he will oppose bail order.i am not getting ab ..30 days is over almost..me & my parents are almost dying...why this type of law exists where i will get imprisonment before proving that i m innocent.i know i will win in court battle bcz we have done nothing.but before proving it ,i will have to go in judicial custody.i dont have any more patience to fight.cant sleep at night due to extreme cold..we r dying due to this false 498,due to this unethical law of india.we dont have more strength to fight.thinking about quitting our life ..but we want to live.but no ray of hope coming out..

Studip in 498A there should be a procedure before registering the fir by the police , first they send the case for meditation tothe caw cell , the caw cell tries to reconcile the matter between the parties , and on failure of making mediation between the parties the police officer of caw cell informed you that now they are going to register a fir against you and if you want to get AB go for it , they give two-three days for that . , after registrating the fir if you hadn't get the AB from session or high court they will make an arrest and put you before the judge and request for judicial custody for them . tell your lawyer to contest again after moving an application for the AB on giving full details of your mother and fathers ill conditions, and age factor before The judge .
