Time for chargesheet in bns

is there any time period mandated in BNS/BNSS to file chargesheet after lodging of FIR? If yes, it is for all the sections or some selected ones?

The time limit for filing a charge sheet under the new criminal laws is 60 days from the date of arrest if the accused is in custody, and 90 days if the accused is not in custody.

The query is short of material facts as well the context.

Thanks T. Kalaiselvan sir. P Venu sir, The case is filed u/s 75, 78, 79, 356. No custoday as of now. So we can consider 90 days from filing of FIR which was filed on 25 Jan 25?. or in these sections no limit of time?
