Time limit for appeal

JMFC passed order u/s. 23 (2) of PWDV Act on 4-5-18 and I received Certified copy thereof on 9-5-18

Tme limit for Appeal is 30 days

Thus 30 days ends at 8-6-18 but there summer vacation in Court in MP started from from 21-5-18 to 15-6-18

Then maximum by when I can file appeal

30 days from the date of Decree or order. The Court Closure dates like holidays, will not be counted in this Limitation period.
