Time limit for second marriage.

Hi Expert,

After how much time(In days), a husband can remarry after divorce grand by a contested on the ground of crudity?

1) Is it possible to get remarried just after the second day of divorce?

U cannot get married prior to completion of appeal period I.e. 90 days.
