Hi, I have applied for the certified copy of the final order in a MM Court (Mumbai). I have applied for it on URGENT basis on the same day of order. JC (Judicial Clerk) told me to come after a week and to collect a certified copy. I have visited 2 times and one month is passed, but still 'they' are not furnishing certified copy.
1. What is the time limit to furnish the certified copy from the date of application (for both- Urgent and Regular) ?
2. Who has the responsibility to furnish the Certified Copy (Judicial Clerk or another staff member ?)
3. If I want to complain, where I have to complain and against whom?
4. What action can be taken against the .... ?
