title suit filed by POA holder

Can a POA holder file and contest title suit on behalf of principal over a suit property. Is there any recent ruling by Supreme court regarding the same?

Dear Amiteshji

Yes

POA Hilder can file suit on behalf of the Grantor of POA and can argue also on his behalf in ceratin conditions.

And Not only this but he can depose, too to the extent of his direct involvemenst in the transaction. In Other words the work/deeds/transactions done by him personally on behalf of the Grantor of POA Holder

What do you mean by  "any recent ruling by Supreme court regarding the same"

Be specific
