Plaintiff has filed a case with concocted stories which has been prepared by her Lawyer and there is enough evidences to prove it. Question is below
1. Under which section/provision I should file my application as a defendant with all evidence to reject the case.
Plaintiff and his lawyer is also guilty in misrepresenting the facts to the court and hiding some of the facts which were known to them.
2. Under which section/provision I should file my application as a defendant with all evidence to not only reject the case but take an appropriate action against them to hide the facts and also misrepresent the facts to the court.
