To stop the sale of attached house

A decree is passed in a money recovery suit, afterwards an application is made for execution petition for attachment of house of defendant, the court  again ordered for attachment of  house of defendant. Now my query is : 1. Whether I can got published in news paper that no one should deal with the house attached without the permission of the court. 2. If the copy to order is sent to Jaipur Development Authority by decree holder directly for not to transfer the attached house to anybody, whether Jaipur Development Authority is bound by this order. 3. Whether the copy to order is sent to Registrar Office, not to register the sale of attached house by decree holder directly, whether Registrar Office,  is bound by this order. 4. Any other method to stop the sale of attached house, because we have come to know from the unconfirmed sources that either the defended has sold the house or about to sale the house.

You can publish in paper. You can also apply before Court to affix a Board at the said house that it is under Court Attachment.
