Hello,
I have given Token of 11000 for rental property owner as a Token advance. Now, i donot want to take the house for rent due to personal reasons, and hence i asked him to refund 50%. I informed him about this within 5 days so that he will not get loss. But, he is not willing to do so. He has given a receipt (on a white paper) that i have given him 11000 and it is non refundable in case tenancy not justified. What is the exact meaning of these words.
What should be my next step. He is not responding to me or my calls. Can i file a police complaint against him?
