My question is with regards to transfer of my father’s house properties to legal heirs. My father expired with no will, he is the owner for two houses. He has left behind 3 legal heir’s mother & two sons. My mother has decided that both the sons take on house each. Now what is the process to get the house registered in the respective son’s name?
