transfer of land ownership

Which is the cheapest way to transfer land ownership. Which costs less, because there is a lot of court fees in execution of sales deed .

if your mother has acquired absolute right over the property then she can execute will or else she can't execute will for joint right property and if you are Muslim u better not go with will because Muslims are governed by Mohammad law and as per that law only one third of one's totall wealth can be bequeathed by will
