I am inhereted by a Commercial Property in Kapurthala City Main Bazaar,
Now I want to transfer it to my wife via Transfer deed. BUt i am annoyed as local deed writers and authorities are saying me about the full stamp duty charges as the expenditure to be incurred for the deed.
Please help me for the proposed as I know Punjab Govt has lowered the taxes on Tranfer deeds for Blood relation.
And they are saying its only for residential urban properties.
PLease HELP Sir, if there is any reffrence or in written please Help out .
