Transfer of self property to foreign compqny of mine

i have a few properties under my name. The source of funds was foreign income. it was usa company funds which was invested. now the company is defunct and lost status. it has been almost 6 years. i have no documents and lost access to everything since i no longer live in usa. i opened a compqny in europe in dec 2015 and i want to make all these assets as owned by the new company in europe. is there any deed i can execute so foreign company of mine becomes the owner?
