Dear experts she left home with out information our family tryed to bring her back she not came .I have filed RCR she never apper to court instead she went to supreme court for transfer in that gap she filed police complaint dv 125 24 also in fc.Then i have taken back RCR filed divorce DV ALSO DISMISSED WITH OUT ANY COST
Now in family court she filed RCR ,sec24 125 HMA are in progress ,Intrime maintance court passed order for 8k.Divorce case she never appered to court i have filed this case in my native,her place is 40 KM AWAY from my native.
Now She went HC for transfer of case to her native which is 40 km away from my native.
I have filed counter Intially for prolong divorce further harassment she asking transfer.
She filed counter in HC , in FC cases are there transfer divorce case to her native.
What way i have to counter this transfer she is not ready to give divorce want drag the cases.
she want to mix all cases it wil take own time to get divorce .
HC will transfer case for only 40 KM? already 4 year over after i filed divorce.
