I have agriculture land in district Gonda in UP, I am living in Delhi and I have come to know that the land wich was not currently using by me lying vacant has trespassed some of people nearby village and made tempraroy house on it. what action can I take by sitting in Delhi? or I need to visit to the place and file FIR.
Please suggest.
