Dear Experts,
When the Caveat is in motion and the matter is in the court, what are all the criminal action available to take against the tress-passers?. (The property is an empty land). There is a small wall constructed for taking EB connection. Do I have to approach the nearest police station or to file criminal action in the court for this offence.

where are you from ? i hope that the above said land is in yours, dont hesitating you put board as like :- Tress passers will be prosecuted " and take photos. for your safe,

Thank you Adv. S.M. Ali. I am from Chennai only. I will certainly call on you. The property is on minor's name and I am the guardian. I am awaiting to get interim order in my favour in a local district munisff's court. While erecting the "Tress-passers will be prosecuted Board" can I take criminal action against the offender before getting the interim order? They have tress-passed my property and erected a small wall without getting court's permission and when the caveat is in motion? Thanks a lot. Zafar
