Trust formation

what kind of trust do you wish to create charitable or otherwise? for starters the easiest way to go about it is by creating a trust deed.  If you would be receiving gifts and donations in name of the trust then it is advisable to get it registered as well.

its a trust for a community.... i want to kinw the initial procedures... forms formats etc.... Thanks for ur reply Sanyam
