tsetation in case of ancestral property

if testation is done is it impact the share of women in ancestral property. testation is done only in favour of male child then women has the right to file a case of claim over the property

Can the presumption be ancestral property, without having entire rights, bequeathing to one male heir,through a will/testament  without considering such rights of the female heir?
