Hi All,
i seek advice from my seniors and experts, i'm for the complainant, the accused was declared P.O. in 2013, arrested by P.O. staff in 2017, sought bail, furnished bail bond with surety since he was arrested by P.O. Staff.
the accused appeared for few hearings and escaped the court proceedings following exemptions and non apperance.
in April 2018, is again declared P.O. by the Hon'ble court, without summoning the surety............
Please advice the further proceeding ......as the case needs restoration and summoning the surety, please advice and also will appreaciate sharing the relevant format for proceeding.....
